How the product return process works

1. Send the product after completing the return form using the form from the button above.

2. 4. In case you have placed several separate orders and wish to make a claim for each separate order, please fill out a separate form for each order. Complaints for each individual order are reviewed separately.

5. Important! It is important that you return the product in its original packaging and with its attached labels and accessories. The products must be in an undamaged commercial appearance and without signs of use. We reserve the right not to honor your claim if any of the above conditions are not met.
